WEST BOWLES IS AVAILABLE

Please note that West Bowles Community Church is, above all, a place of worship and ministry. While we strive to make our facilities available for community use when not in use for church functions, we maintain certain guidelines to ensure that all events align with our mission and core values. The nature of the event, as well as any content associated with it, must not conflict with the principles and beliefs upheld by WBCC. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not adhere to these standards. All organizations renting space must complete a Facility Use Agreement and provide a certificate of liability insurance.

MAIN AUDITORIUM

Seating Capacity: Two levels of seating for up to 1,100 guests

Rates: $1,500 (Half Day) | $2,400 (Full Day)*

The Main Auditorium is our largest venue, featuring two levels of seating for up to 1,100 guests. This impressive space is ideal for large-scale events such as dance recitals, weddings, and major performances. Setup is limited to the existing configuration, with minor stage adjustments available.

    • Base rates cover building access and the existing room layout. Required staffing, audio/visual technical production, and custodial fees apply based on event scope.

MID-SIZED AUDITORIUM

Seating Capacity: Up to 250 guests

Rates: $450 (Half Day) | $700 (Full Day)*

The Mid-Sized Auditorium accommodates up to 250 guests and is well-suited for smaller performances, including school plays, weddings, intimate dance recitals, and events requiring a more compact stage. Seating can be customized to meet your needs, with risers at the back of the room and open floor space that allows for flexible chair arrangements.

LARGE MEETING HALL

Seating Capacity: Up to 160 guests with tables | Up to 250 guests without tables*

Rates: $275 (Half Day) | $440 (Full Day)*

The Large Meeting Hall is our most flexible venue, consisting of three adjoining rooms with removable walls. When fully opened, the space accommodates up to 160 guests at 20 round tables or 250 guests without tables. With walls in place, the two smaller rooms each seat 48 guests at six round tables or 75 guests without tables, while the larger room accommodates 64 guests at eight round tables or 100 guests without tables. This space is ideal for receptions and catered events, offering generous seating capacity and access to a small kitchenette just outside the rooms.

MEDIUM MEETING HALL

Seating Capacity: Up to 120 guests with tables | Up to 180 guests without tables*

Rates: $140 (Half Day) | $220 (Full Day)*

The Medium Meeting Hall is a versatile open space that seats up to 180 guests without tables or 120 guests with tables. A removable wall allows the room to be divided, creating a smaller configuration that accommodates 120 guests without tables or 80 guests with tables. This room can be arranged to suit a variety of event needs, with round tables, rectangular tables, and chairs available.

SMALL MEETING HALL

Seating Capacity: Up to 48 guests with tables | Up to 75 guests without tables*

Rates: $100 (Half Day) | $160 (Full Day)*

The Small Meeting Hall is our most intimate venue, seating up to 48 guests with six round tables or up to 75 guests without tables. The space can be configured to fit your event and includes a grand piano located in the corner of the room.

  • Base rates cover building access, room configuration, and use of the space as-is. Required staffing and custodial fees may apply based on event scope.

BISTRO

Seating Capacity: Up to 75 guests (Fixed Setup)

Rates: $250 (Half Day) | $400 (Full Day)*

The Bistro seats up to 75 guests using the tables and chairs shown in the photo. This room remains in a fixed setup and is a great option for smaller events that require minimal preparation.

  • Base rates cover building access and the existing fixed room layout. Required staffing and custodial fees may apply based on event scope.

LIBRARY

Seating Capacity: 20–25 guests (Flexible Layout)

Rates: $160 (Half Day) | $260 (Full Day)*

The Library is a cozy, premium space well-suited for meetings, small gatherings, or collaborative sessions of 20–25 guests. Setup is flexible and can be configured with comfortable couches or functional folding chairs depending on your event’s needs.

  • Base rates cover building access and standard room setup. Required staffing and custodial fees apply based on event scope.

CONFERENCE ROOM

Seating Capacity: Up to 30 guests (Fixed Setup)

Rates: $105 (Half Day) | $170 (Full Day)*

The Gathering Place Conference Room seats up to 30 guests and features a large conference table, making it ideal for formal meetings or professional gatherings.

  • Base rates cover building access and the existing conference room layout. Required staffing and custodial fees may apply based on event scope.

GYM

Rates: $160 / Hour (Single-Event Rental Only)*

The Gym features a full-sized basketball court with two regulation hoops on opposite ends, along with four smaller hoops designed for children’s basketball activities.

  • Gym rentals are billed strictly on an hourly basis and are available for one-off, single-event rentals only. Base rates cover court access; required facility hosting and custodial fees may apply.

Rental Details & Rates

  • Sunday Availability: Sundays are entirely dedicated to our church services and ministry programs, so we aren’t able to host outside rentals or events on Sundays.

  • Booking Window: Please submit this form no earlier than 6 months before your event date.

  • Time Blocks: Half-day rates cover up to 4 hours of campus access; full-day rates cover up to 8 hours. Your selected time block must include your group’s total setup and teardown time.

  • Gymnasium Bookings: To ensure our ongoing church ministries and youth programs have consistent access to the space, the gym is available for one-off, single-event rentals only. We are unable to accommodate recurring weekly/monthly league practices or seasonal bookings. Gym rentals are billed strictly on an hourly basis.

  • Staffing & Host Requirements: To support your event and ensure campus security, all rentals require a designated WBCC Facility Host to be on-site. Base rates cover building access, tables, and standard chairs; additional fees apply for your host, required custodial cleanup, and any certified audio/visual technicians needed for production.

  • Funerals & Memorial Services: We care deeply for our community during times of grief. For families looking to host a funeral or memorial service, our facility rates are heavily discounted to cover only our hard operational and staffing costs. 

  • Community Grants & Subsidies: We love supporting local organizations doing good work in our neighborhood. For registered 501(c)(3) non-profits and community groups whose mission aligns with our church’s core beliefs, we provide a limited number of partial or full facility subsidies each calendar year to help offset rental costs.
