WEST BOWLES IS AVAILABLE

Please note that West Bowles Community Church is, above all, a place of worship and ministry. While we strive to make our facilities available for community use when not in use for church functions, we maintain certain guidelines to ensure that all events align with our mission and core values. The nature of the event, as well as any content associated with it, must not conflict with the principles and beliefs upheld by WBCC. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not adhere to these standards. All organizations renting space must complete a Facility Use Agreement and provide a certificate of liability insurance.

MAIN AUDITORIUM

The Main Auditorium is our largest venue, featuring two levels of seating for up to 1,100 guests. This impressive space is ideal for large-scale events such as dance recitals, weddings, and major performances.

Setup is limited to the existing configuration, with minor stage adjustments available.

MID-SIZED AUDITORIUM

The Mid-Sized Auditorium accommodates up to 250 guests and is well suited for smaller performances, including school plays, weddings, intimate dance recitals, and events requiring a more compact stage.

 

Seating can be customized to meet your needs, with risers at the back of the room and open floor space that allows for flexible chair arrangements.

LARGE MEETING HALL

The Large Meeting Hall is our most flexible venue, consisting of three adjoining rooms with removable walls. When fully opened, the space accommodates up to 160 guests at 20 round tables or 250 guests without tables.

With walls in place, the 2 small rooms each seat 48 guests at six round tables or 75 guests without tables. The larger room accommodates 64 guests at eight round tables or 100 guests without tables.

This space is ideal for receptions and catered events, offering generous seating capacity and access to a small kitchenette just outside the rooms.

MEDIUM MEETING HALL

The Medium Meeting Hall is a versatile open space that seats up to 180 guests without tables or 120 guests with tables. A removable wall allows the room to be divided, creating a smaller configuration that accommodates 120 guests without tables or 80 guests with tables.

This room can be arranged to suit a variety of event needs, with round tables, rectangular tables, and chairs available.

SMALL MEETING HALL

The Small Meeting Hall is our most intimate venue, seating up to 48 guests with six round tables or up to 75 guests without tables.

 

The space can be configured to fit your event and includes a grand piano located in the corner of the room.

BISTRO

The Bistro seats up to 75 guests using the tables and chairs shown in the photo. This room remains in a fixed setup and is a great option for smaller events that require minimal preparation.

LIBRARY

The Library is a cozy space well suited for meetings of 20–25 guests.

CONFERENCE ROOM

The Gathering Place Conference Room seats up to 30 guests and features a large conference table, making it ideal for formal meetings or professional gatherings.

GYM

The Gym features a full-sized basketball court with two regulation hoops on opposite ends, along with four smaller hoops designed for children’s basketball activities.
