Please fill out this request at least 24 hours before your desired vehicle usage date. Use of the vehicles is not guaranteed, and availability is dependent on vehicle maintenance schedules and the discretion of the vehicle manager. 

All requests submitted on Thursday after 2pm will not be answered until the following Monday.
