Facility Rental Form
West Bowles Community Church is, above all, a place of worship and ministry. While we strive to make our facilities available for community use when not in use for church functions, we maintain certain guidelines to ensure that all events align with our mission and core values. The nature of the event, as well as any content associated with it, must not conflict with the principles and beliefs upheld by WBCC. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not adhere to these standards.
Important Booking Details
Thank you for your interest in using our space! As you get ready to fill out the form, please keep these quick guidelines in mind:
Sunday Availability: Sundays are entirely dedicated to our church services and ministry programs, so we aren’t able to host outside rentals or events on Sundays.
Booking Window: Please submit this form no earlier than 6 months before your event date.
Rates & Fees: Rental rates vary by room. Base rates cover the room itself, and additional fees for facility hosts, cleaning, and tech services will apply based on your setup needs.
