Facility Rental Form
West Bowles Community Church is, above all, a place of worship and ministry. While we strive to make our facilities available for community use when not in use for church functions, we maintain certain guidelines to ensure that all events align with our mission and core values. The nature of the event, as well as any content associated with it, must not conflict with the principles and beliefs upheld by WBCC. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that do not adhere to these standards.
Thank you for your interest in using our space for your event. Please complete this form no earlier than 6 months prior to your event to help us in the initial steps of planning your event. Be aware that rental rates vary by room, and additional fees for hosts, cleaning, and tech services may apply depending on the duration and specific needs of your event.
Once we receive your completed form, we will contact you to answer any questions and gather any additional information necessary to finalize your booking.
